These terms describe use of The Serve Archive, an independent editorial collection of tennis fashion. Contact: a@annoushka.xyz.

Editorial purpose and accuracy

The collection is curated and is not exhaustive. We research the stories and credit sources, but records can contain errors or be updated as new evidence becomes available. Archive titles are editorial names. Garment images labelled AI reconstruction are interpretations; colour, construction, proportions and unseen details may differ from the original.

Image and text rights

Photographs, trademarks and garment designs retain their respective owners’ rights. An image credit does not grant a licence. The Serve Archive does not grant permission to reuse third-party photographs or imply athlete, designer, brand or tournament endorsement.

Please request written permission before republishing our AI garment reconstructions. Include the outfit page, intended use, publication and whether the use is commercial. No reuse permission is granted merely by viewing or downloading an image. See image usage & credits for details. Rights in editorial text, selection and presentation are reserved to The Serve Archive to the extent protected by applicable law. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.

Responsible use

Please do not disrupt the site, bypass technical protections, misrepresent source credits or pass off AI reconstructions as authentic historical photographs.

Availability

We may correct, update or remove content. The site is provided as an editorial resource without a promise of uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
