The story behind the look

For Roland-Garros in 2024, Nike made Osaka a dark, layered dress with a high neckline and an asymmetrical hem. A pale skirt layer appeared along the left thigh, interrupting the dark outer shell.

A low back cutout continued the layered construction. Pink accessories and contrasting shoes completed the original tournament styling; the archive presents the competition dress on its own.
